🔄 Exchange Policy (No Refund, Only Exchange)



1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only applicable if the product is damaged in transit.
  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of:
    • The damaged product
    • The outer packaging showing the shipping label
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Once the damage is verified, we will provide an exchange for the same item.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:
❌ Products that are not damaged in transit.
❌ Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
❌ Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp with clear images/videos.
  2. Our team will verify the damage and approve the exchange if eligible.
  3. You will need to return the damaged item using our provided shipping details.
  4. Once we receive the damaged product, we will dispatch a replacement within 5-7 business days.
